HOW TO MAKE EASY VANILLA ICE CREAM

Here is my favorite recipe it´s really easy to make and of course I love the vanilla ice cream.

This vanilla ice cream recipe makes the creamiest and tastiest vanilla ice cream you will ever eat. Experience our Easy Vanilla Ice Cream recipe.

Step 1: You will need:
· 100 g caster sugar
· 4 egg yolks
· 300 ml milk
· 300 ml double cream
· 2 vanilla pods
· 1 ice cream maker
· 1 heavy based pan
· 1 whisk
· 1 chopping board
· 1 knife
· 1 large bowl
· 1 Tupperware for storing

Step 2: Heat the milk
Place the pan on a medium heat, add the milk and bring it to just under boiling point. Do not allow to over heat or it will spoil the sauce later on.
Step 3: Whisk sugar and eggs
Place a damp towel on your work surface and put the bowl on top. Add the sugar and egg yolks and whisk together until thoroughly combined.
Step 4: Add milk and transfer to pan
When the milk has heated up pour it, little by little into the bowl of eggs and sugar, whisking all the time and transfer back to the pan.
Step 5: Heat and transfer
Place the pan back onto a medium heat and while continuously stirring, gently allow it to thicken, which should take about 3-5 minutes. Once thickened pour it back into the large bowl and set aside to cool down.
Step 6: Combine vanilla and cream
Place both vanilla pods onto the chopping board and slice one lengthways. Split the pod open, scrape out the pulp onto the tip of your knife and transfer it to the bowl of cream.
Repeat exactly the same process with the other pod.
Next pour the cream and pulp into a large bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 7: Make the ice cream
Pour the mix into the ice cream maker and switch on the machine. Churn for roughly 20 minutes
Step 8: Freeze
After churning transfer the ice cream into some Tupperware. Place it the freezer until it sets.
Step 9: Serve
Scoop some ice-cream into a serving bowl, garnish with a hint of greenery and serve

The history about my life in Xilitla

Hi! Well I want to tell you something about my life and my personal history.

First of all I was born in San Luis Potosi S.L.P, but when I was born my parents moved to Xilitla because there was all my father´s family.

I remember the first day I went to the school I cried all the time and I couldn ´t be at school, because the first day I went, the other kids took my lunch and they put it in the trash and stold my money and because of that reason I didnt want to go back to school, so my mom decided to be my personal teacher and I learned all in my house because my mom is teacher and I can get up at the time that I want and my mom teach my all the afternoon.

One thing very curious is that my sister taught my how to read with a puzzle and when I return to elementary school I was the best of the class for read.

After this I loved the elementary school and I transformed to the best of my class and this wonderful thing finish in the 5th grade because my parents had a lot of problems and they divorced when I was 10 years old and after that I came to live in San Luis Potosi, and I just remember that I loved to play in all the gardens that Xilitla has and play with all the boys in the town because I use to be like a boy and my sister always bothered me for that, and I always complained because I never had time to spend with my dad but after the divorce I couldnt see him anymore just in the huge vacations and the most sadest part of this history is that when my parents were in the process of the divorce my mind did something estrange and I cant remember many things of my life before the divorce I just have like a pictures or little memories of my life with my parents or with all my family, the memories that I have are because my brothers and sisters tell me all, oh! Because I have 2 sisters and 3 brothers yes I know my parent’s didnt like the tv that much lol.

Well this is just the beginning of my life and I have a lot of histories to tell you from the divorce of my parents from till today.

Museo de Manuel Jose Othón

This museum was very interesting because when I enter to the antique house I saw a dairy of him and I read it, it was a poem and the thing that surprised me was the type of his letter, and then I saw the pictures of his parents, then I enter to his room and I saw his bed and it was an individual bed and he just has a closet and a little table and he has a lamp and a little bow and I think that in that box he have jewelry or priceless and then I trough to a little corridor and I saw the kitchen and it was very small they have a antique stove and the table was just for put things because they have a dinning room and it was big and they has a cupboard with a lot of dishes.
Then I enter to the bathroom and they has a bath but was very antique and was oxidized and the sink was like many containers with water.

The last room was about like all the awards that he has and many pictures of him and his family, and they has a piece of hair of his wife and his wallet.

This museum it was very interesting because all the antique things that they has are very impressive because I never imagine that it seems like in the movies or in the novels of the T.V. and the things are very real because I saw it.

Museo del Virreinato

In the beginning I think that all this stuff are very boring but when I visit this museum and I saw very interesting things I changed my opinion, first I enter to the museum and the first good news was that the museum it was free ticket just for was Tuesday and then I walked to a big room and I read a big time line and that includes all the viceroy of the Nueva España and I saw the technique of the stew and was about how the people make sculptures with this technique.

After that I continue walked and I enter to one room that it was very dark and there was a exposition of the birth of Jesus and there are many toys that interpreting Belen and the form of live that the people has in that time of the history.

Then I went to the part that I love it because it remember a lot of things for my and it was that huge garden with a lot of flowers, and I like it because when i was a kid I always dream with a garden like that, I saw in the outskirts of the garden many pictures and draws about the immigration, there pictures was like from a competition there was pictures from kids of six years to 20 years and some pictures are very impressive.

In the second floor of the house there was some pictures from Xilitla and there remember me a lot of things because I lived many years in Xilitla and my father still lives there, and all the vacation I went to visit him.

After seeing all the museum I really change my opinion because I think the museums was about history and more history and I was very wrong because it was very fun.
